Website chat privacy notice: Hawk Security
This notice explains what happens to information you enter in the Hawk Security website chat. Hawk Security provides security guard services: on-site guards, mobile patrol, fire watch and event security.
The chat is automated
The chat panel is an automated virtual assistant, not a person. It is not an emergency channel. In an emergency call 911.
What is collected, and when
Nothing is sent to the Hawk Security team while you only read or type in the chat. If you choose to send a request, you see a summary first and we ask whether you want the details passed to the team. Only if you answer Yes are these details sent: your name, company or strata (if you give it), phone and email, the property city or address, the service you need, start date and coverage hours (if you give them), notes you typed, a short summary of your chat messages, and the web page address you were on.
Your chat messages are kept in your own browser tab for this visit so a refresh does not lose them. They are cleared when you close the chat panel or the tab.

To follow up on your request about Hawk Security services.
Who receives it
The request is saved in the Hawk Security account on the Wix website platform, and an email notice goes to the Hawk Security team at sales@hawktechnologies.ca. We do not sell it. Wix processes website data for us under its own terms.
Please do not share
Passwords, camera logins, access codes or payment card numbers. The chat does not need them and the team will never ask for them in chat.
The optional Continue on WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a message already written. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
