Every property is different, so we do not start with a package. We start with a free site assessment, where we look at the property, how it is used, its entrances and the hours that matter. Then we recommend the guard service that fits, and the client decides what goes ahead.
Requirements are tailored to each property. What the guard checks, when, and where the guard is posted or patrols are set at the assessment.
Guards report incidents as they happen at the property. Incidents are escalated to the client or the police as needed. How often reports are sent, and in what form, is agreed at the free site assessment.
Clients have one main contact number, 604-813-1065, and an email address, sales@hawktechnologies.ca. Cameras and live video monitoring are not part of Hawk Security. They are offered by Hawk Technologies, a related but separate business.
