A guard drives or walks the agreed route, checking the perimeter, gates and common areas of the property. Where it applies, that includes opening and closing checks and after-hours visits.
Anything found on a visit is written up as an incident report. The incident is escalated to the client or the police as needed. How often reports reach you, and in what form, is agreed at the assessment.
